What is the best way to extend the use of my candle? The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted for at least 4 hours. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.

What are the ingredients of the candles? Each candle is handcrafted and made of coconut wax for better mixing with the essential oil + fragrance oils.

Do you accept returns? No. We always aim for making sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help to replace the item. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How to use a discount code? If you've received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount. There are some promotion codes not able to be combined with other discounts. Be sure to use and check your referral points. 

When will I receive my order? We always aim to make sure our customer are top priority with ensuring that orders are fulfilled within three business days of the order. Orders will have a tracking number for easier tracking of the products.
